Starting to plumb seat tank for my Monarch Butterfly. Any suggestions as to type of adhesive to use? Would like to use plastic half round cable clamps to hold sight gauge tube to seat side. Assuming surface should be roughed up prior to applying adhesive. Welcome all suggestions.

3M structural panel bonding adhesive part # 08115
Two part epoxy used to bond steel, aluminum, SMC, and FRP (traditional fiberglass).
(You don't need the dispensing gun to use it)

I have found Permatex QM-50A adhesive to be exceptional. It's a two part epoxy. One plunger squirts out the ratio mix. Bonds anything to anything.
I get mine at the Auto Zone store. ;)
.
I have used JB Weld on anything from plastic gastanks to motorcycle crankcases... the surface needs to be roughed up and oil free ,
no guarentees, but thats what I'ed use !
c ya !
