Flipping 532???

I am flipping my motor and what do I need to do besides turning the carbs over and switching the vent and pulg on the redrive? What about the water pump oiler and the cooling system?I did not notice anything else.

does your water neck fitting have a small bleed hose that goes to the expansion tank?
if so you must plug it and run the bleed line from the fitting on the head to the tank.

Dave - the Rotax operator's manual has a good diagram for setting up the cooling system. The key for setting up the cooling system is to have the expantion tank in the highest point in the system, and there are no air traps. My water pump didn't have an oiler, so I don't know what that is all about.

The oiler is for the rotary valve, not the water pump.

Udi, I do have a manual just did not THINK to look there first. Just like I made a longer one piece rear keel then found the 12" exstendion with the kit. Did not know it came with the kit. since then I stopped read everything and then started over. NOW I will read the motor manual too.
