Weekend flying

Weather is great this weekend ;D

but I have to go out of town tomorrow so I only had this morning to fly :-

I kept the camera on the ground today as I have just installed 2 new prop blades and a spinner. I think it is best to keep it simple for a while after changes even if the changes are minor.

I will start out with the best picture. My girlfriend Lisa sitting in my gyro.

You can see I have painted the prop tips yellow.

Nice looking day! I was also able to get up for a little bit today. I really just planned on going to the airport and doing some tinkering on the gyro. But the day really turned nice so I went up for about 1/2 an hour. Like always, it was a blast but I sure wish it would warm up a bit.

I must be in the dark or something. I had never even heard of the Global Eagle project. I just came from their website, pretty cool.
