Wish I could, our church puts on a big, very big, production at Easter. It runs on 3 separate days before and 2 days after.

Most years we have around 7 to 8 thousand attend.

I just bought plane tickets. Barring unexpected situations ( which seem to plague me sometimes ) I will be there.

I won't be able to bring my gyros so anyone with a two place looking for a passenger sign me up!

Well as far as I know I will be there. I close on the new place just a couple of weeks before, so if everything goes well with the house sale. I'll be there. I won't have my gyro with me.

Well Tim is staying with me as far as I know but Scott and everyone else who is coming that hasn't met before, we all need to make a point of introducing ourselves to others so we can put a face with a name.

I am easy to pick out, I have a shaved head - not as shaved as Jamie Bodies but shaved - and a big beer belly and will be flying a Phantom
Ultralight.

I plan on being there.... one way or another. I want to bring my new tractor design down for static display, but due to time constraints, you-all will just have to wait until the big PRA convention at Mentone. I will fly commercial down (unless I can get jump-seat in the corp. Jet) and then rent a truck to bring the rest of my Hanger-junk back up to the new home.

I am going to be driving from Nipomo, Ca. on the third, be at Bensen days on the 6th, spend some time in the museum library at Pensacola on the 12th, go to sun and fun on the 13th thru the 18th and be back to Nipomo on the 21st. If someone would like to join me along the way please let me know. I don't know where to stay at Bensen days and I don't camp so I would be grateful for any information on lodging. Thank You, Vance

Quadrirotor, The last time I crossed your boder to visit the wind tunnel in Ottawa the Canadain border guards kept me at the border for four hours because they were nervious about the substance on the brass threads of my cane. The time before they spent three hours finding the excemption in a very large book for teaching technoligy. Two different administrations. Both times the return was quick and uneventfull. Jose, trust me on this. I am old and really ugly. Before I joined the forum, Ron made me promise that I would never post a picture of myself. Even in the pictures of me flying, I am wearing a mask so that my real face doesn't show. Ron even made me promise that if I showed up at BD's, I had to wear the mask the whole time I was there. Ask Ron if it would be okay for me to post a picture of my mask.

Hey Vance, the following is MJ's post showing the change:

Glad to Post that Sun & Fun will be starting on April 13 thru 19, 2004. EAA again has changed the dates. So when we shut down on Sunday April 11, 2004 there will only be Mon/Tue to wait to attend Sun&Fun.

Hope this helps some in their plans to attend BD Days.

As for the Dates for 2005 we will post them after May 2004.
