I took my son Jeff up this evening. He lost some weight and is only 260 now....that and my 220 pound butt and 18 gallons of fuel....and off we went like a Mac truck. It flew nice....and would climb alright,.....but not setting any time to climb records by no means.
After my sign off with Terry Eiland at Bensen days...I am now past that new ruling that prohibited me from taking passengers.

Jeff has every reason to be very proud of his dad. Even behind the sunglasses, you can see it in his face.
Furthermore Stan, your pride in him is self evident since you share the same smile-crease just below the nose. Check the photo.
You two have an inseparable bond... a unity I've only experienced with my father. It's something you can't fake.

Birdy: Hey.......do I need to set him on some scales and take a picture?
Here is Jeff on the Air Command I sold. I will give you my RAF and ship it to Australia if he is one GRAM less than 260 pounds. :D
What is huge about this picture is Jeff has his health back and is into weightl lifting now. He can bench press over 300 pounds.
He is the main reason I wanted to get an RAF so I could share with him my other world. He doesnt show any interest in learning to fly....but he sure likes riding along. He will chatter about each flight for days.
My RAF will chatter also as it is resting its engine and frame.... :D

Don't worry, I'm sure Ron will be taking a lot of them from his new RAF when he gets it.

Stan, Did you buy that Air Command to just turn it over for a quick buck?

Tim: The machine was sitting unused and I wanted to see it flying where it belongs. If it had a bigger motor I would have kept it.

Is the buyer close to you? Will we be seeing some aerial shots of it soon?

Tim: Its going to New York. The person is going to seek training and is going to go at it slow.
