I have seen it before and to my surprise this video (found on the US site) runs in the streets of two of my neighbour towns. (in Poland)

The car is PolskiFiat 126 (over 2 mil. of them on Polish roads), normally rear wheel drive, rear engine, fitted with VW Rabbit (Golf) front part under the rear hood put front to back. (complete with engine, tranmission and steering). The original steering of PF 126 left in palce.

Cool, isn't it...
