Well I may have stumbled on to a replacement for the wunderlich prerotator wheel. I found some wheels in the McMaster Carr catalog, hard center with soft (75 durometer) outer. I drilled out the center and broached it for 3/16 key, counter bored the center for the nut. Works like a champ! total cost about $5 for the wheel plus labor. :) :) :)

There are still a couple more that I could try, depending on how long this one lasts, It should be OK.
