Here is the in-craft video that the station released. Don't get your hopes up though they end the video right when you would expect him to begin to flare. >:(

According to the text of the story he avoided powerlines on the way down.

Chopper was damaged but crew is ok :)

Looking at the second video, it looks like he was having tail rotor problems right from the beginning. You could see an oscillation in the yaw that started small and kept getting worse.
