That reminds me of the time I was walking through a park at lunchtime in downtown Dallas. I walked up on a man playing checkers with a dog. The guy made a move and then the dog made a move. After seeing this action for a couple of minutes, I said to the man "That's the smartest dog I've ever seen." The guy replied "Aaw, he ain't so smart, I beat him every game."
