Ron, There are 2 Carolinas. I think what he's asking is which one, North or South.

October 5th till October 9th. Some folks will be there earlier than the 5th just like Bensen Days...
It is held at the Aiken South Carolina airport in Aiken South Carolina. Aiken is in southwest S.C. very close to Augusta Georgia. The airport is about 1 mile south of Interstate I-20
I hope to see all you guys there!

Ron I may be able to swing a trip that way, but won't know until later in the year.
I just want to be out of there before that snow stuff starts to fall.

Normally ROc has perfect temps and certainly no snow. highs in the mid 70's, lows at night in the mid 50's. Sometimes it is colder at night, sometimes warmer in the day. Sometimes we get some rain, but usually we get sun. I have been to ROC for 3 or 4 years in a row and I can't remember one day I was there and couldn't fly due to weather.

Ron,
I posted my vacation for October so I can attend ROC.
Save me a good spot.
I wonder if I could talk Gyromike into following me up there?

Cool! No problem reserving camping spots. We have the camping area marked off and spaces are numbered. Sometime in the next month or two we will have a online chart of the camping area where you can reserve a specific space, so stay tuned....

Heh... well back home in Louisiana, it's said that if you're north of Alexandria, you're a yankee...

Ron,
Is there a ROC website? If not, get me all the info and I'll put it on the pra.org site.

Ron,
Make sure you get us the same camping setup as we had at Bensen Days.
Maybe I can get Gyromike to bring his gumbo pot so we can cook supper.

Our chapter web site is www.pra13.com There is alot of past ROC stuff on the site.
Rudy no problem on the tent city set up. Only catch is our spaces are MARKED and are only 16 feet wide, so my double tent set up won't fit in one space. But single tents, or sharing two spots, we could dupilcate the Bensen Days set up. Our camping on right on the taxiway and the runway is right there as well, so every camping space has a un obstructed view of the action.

We may expand camping spots to larger than 16feet wide...depending on how many reservations we get..
so your tent condo might be able to expand also...topic for next meeting agenda???
