breakthrough at Bensen Days?

I left for a too long time...
Can anybody sum up the actual breakthroughs and novelties which were presented at Bensen Days?

The LFINO marries Dick Degraw's jump-takeoff and powered-rotor technologies with an enclosed 2-seat cabin.

The Golden Butterfly incorporates long-travel, bounceless landing gear and a an interesting mechanism for folding the multi-tube masts that are common on tandem gyros.

The Mosquito helicopter was in full flight, maneuvering very impressively in the hands of a self-taught pilot.

A number of machines received side-by-side thrust tests. I haven't seen the results, but they should be enlightening.

There was also the politically incorrect but very cool Paintball Marker mounted on one of the gyros.
Mike Gaspard has a neat slider on his rotorhead. I don't know how new it is but it's the only one I saw there.

I will try to post the thrust tests soon. I have the pictures....my dial up is so slow lately. The phone man was out today trying to fix the static in the lines which keeps bumping me off.

I must also mention the unveiling of my horn system - for scaring buzzards and getting a smile from those on the ground. Very cool stuff!

No. It got its airworthiness certificate only near the end of the event.

Never do your test flights in front of a crowd!

Damn those phone men. I wish you were in my area I would fix it correctly. Have you tried dsl? I have had it for 5 years and I'd never go back to dial up.
