Mac 70

Hey guys,

A friend has a Mac 70 (I think) on a home built gyro that has been sitting up for about two years. If anyone can give us some advice as to what we need to do before trying to start it, I would appreciate the info. I'm not talking about the basics, but anything common only to the Mac. If all goes well, I may even attempt to fly it later down the road.

Also, where might we start looking to get info on this engine, i.e.; a manual, schematic, etc...

Hi Chuck...you're correct, Bill Wiese still flies a 72 Mac and has had great luck with it. Send me your email address at richard@conwaycorp.net and I'll send you his phone number. Also, I think Ron Herron has years of experience with the Mac's.
