Just wondering if anyone is running a rotary engine in their ship.
If so what type, what power are you getting out of it, how are you finding it?

Several guys run Mazda Rotarys. Most get about 180-200 claimed hp. I learned to fly gyros in a Mazda powered machine and it had huge power.

The new RX8 engine is the one I think. Lightest of all 250HP and idles like an electric motor, side porting only is used with next to no overlap, a very nice engine!

YOU YOU YOU YOU need to get off the forums and get that firechickenbird of yours to market. you and I both have lot's of posts here and there and I know how much time is spent on this. You could get a LOT of work done if you spent your time more wisely.

'left myself wide open for that one didn't I Ron? Ha Ha!!!!!

One has to have some relaxation and entertainment Ron. You supply the entertainment!!!!!!

The only thing that I do is gyroplanes. They are my hobby, relaxation, and my business. I don't have any other interests and relax on the forums. You thought I was weird Ron, now you know!!!!!!

I reckon that Todds and Norms forums compliment each other extremely well. What do you reckon?
