What Torque do you use for the bolts on an Rotor-hawk blades?

What Torque do you use for the bolts on an Rotor-hawk blades?
1/4-28 bolt takes 94 inch pounds to be torque correctly. If you pull up www.engineersedge.com/torque.htm you can get all the torque values. The bigest problem with people tighting bolts is they over torque and then stretch the bolt and then reduce the strength of the bolt material. Once you have torqued the bolt to its limit then if you remove the bolt you should always replace since the bolt has stretched and is not at its original specifications.
