Aussie Paul,

Without really knowing more about what those guys are putting you through and perhaps a little more about the situation in general, I doubt if any of us can be of any real help to you. However, my opinion at this point is that you are a good man who is very dedicated to the gyro community worldwide. I know that you have gone the extra mile many times to help anyone who asked for your help, myself included.

A while back, when I emailed you privately with a problem, you helped me a lot, and you kept it private at my request. I appreciate your help and I appreciate the fact that our gyro community has people like you in it, people with integrity.

As far as you attracting confrontation, I have never noticed anything on either forum that would indicate that. In fact, my opinion is just the opposite.

I have known people over the years, especially people in honorary positions and some who were promoted to a position that they really didn't deserve and weren't qualified for, who have been quite difficult to get along with. Most of these people know that they don't belong in the position they have and they don't know how to deal with it. So, in an effort to overcome their inadequacies, they become a*s h*les. The world is full of them.

When we have to deal with people like the aforementioned, it is never pleasant. But life is too short to loose any sleep over people like that. They are not worth it. You, on the other hand, are worth a lot more. Life is not fair, and it never will be. We just have to make the best of each situation we are presented. Based on what I have seen of you, you pretty much do that. So pull your chin back up to it's normal place.

You're a good man Aussie Paul. You would be welcome anywhere in the U.S. anytime. We appreciate you.

Hi Chuck, I was just letting off some steam!!!!!! LOL

You are correct about the personalities of some of the people who end up with a little power.

The posters who do not do their research before they post can be a little aggravating. They hit the keys all emotional as soon as they see a post, and usually have it wrong. They do not read the post correctly or rely on memory rather than search the out the correct info.

It is hard to debate or discuss when people keep hitting the keys all emotional.

I was a little like that when I first started on the forums, but I learnt quickly that it is much better to settle down and re read the info, research the topic and make sure the the words in my post says and means exactly what I want it to say and mean.

Thanks for the support.

Aussie Paul.
