Then here is one of them - maybe it would be right for you. Alexander Chernov who is experienced builder and pilot designed this unit for automotive conversions. Hope it may be interesting for some of us. I've put more photos and information at http://twistairclub.narod.ru/sources/chernovengl.htm.

I went to the web site and emailed them to see if the gearbox can be ordered with the prop flange under the crank? No reply. Twistair do you know if it can or can you find out?

Sorry for not answering your e-mail yet. I was slightly overloaded in the workshop these days - hope to finish a couple of projects soon, cannot stop in time :)
Yes, this gearbox can be inverted now with some minor things to be changed in it.

Niel we have emailed about this before. Ernie said the universal box I want was going for about $2600. That would be 3796 NZ. That is out of control. I would still have to make a plate to fit it to the motor. I understand you have a deal with Ernie and can't sell behind him, so I will have to move on. If you can tell us how this price is justified maybe you will sell more here. good luck.

I'm not sure I need to justify my price, Brent, might be time to move on to something else. After all this is a quality Kiwi made product. How do Lamborgini justify their price?
