Heron:
What do you want for the prerotator, and is it complete?
Was this gyro in a crash?
Heron
01-25-2004, 02:01 PM
Kevin:
I never priced the parts separated, I just decided to sell instead of rebuilding.
I have two drums, the mount, 3 cables, the puck, the gears on the rotorhead (bendix?)
This gyro was roled over on landig damaging all the right side, all the parts are intact and only need cosmetic work.
I will price parts in separate, but I fear ending up with just the ones nobody wants.
I will build a two seater based on the new model Larry is puttting together, but not in trainer configuration, were the back seat is higher than the front.
I guess the whole package is worth one thousand . . .
Thanks
Heron

That is correct John and also pick a carrier for shipment, please?
I do not have a bank account currently, so the money order requirement.
I closed my business, apartment and accounts in July last year to go to Brazil, but Immigration do not send me a travel document (7-23-03) so I am kinda stuck here.
Kept cel phone for a while but moving to Texas for training got rid of it too.

Herron,
I have no idea what shipping would cost, so I'll throw an extra $20 in the Money order for shipping. You choose the carrier. I don't care as long as I get it. PLease insure for $100.
A Money Order for both side tanks in the amount of $70.00 will be mailed to you tomarrow morning.

Good to hear you sold another gyro! I was thinking about those cool landing shots when I was landing on the pavement today.
Heron
03-14-2004, 07:31 AM
Definitely the new suspension will help sales a lot, and so are the others add-ons.
We are installing a new pre-rotator, electric and soft start, tests to follow soon.
Matt P. did some yesterday on his ship and it seems to work well . . .
Worked late last night and just trying to wake up, it is raining and as soon as it stops I will check the mail box, don't despair my friends!

75 bucks will take the flex cable with housing, the bottom part (don't know the name) and the rubber puck.
And stop this hi thing, I am in need of info . . .:)

Heron
03-16-2004, 12:40 PM
I got a break today, Larry is gone to Carter Copters.
The two gauges are together and it looks that the rrpm was replaced (the bad one in the trash can) and the other one is a cyl head temp.
The tank has been spoken by Canada Larry and I am just in the process of getting pricing for shippment UPS to the Big Foot country.
Pod is going to Puerto Rico (Iwish I could go too) and this is more work than putting the giro together and less fun.
Hi to you too you freak!!! ;D
see you
Ah . . .no more money order so far . . .
Show me da money!!!

Herron,
I got a few questions for you. 1.) How much fuel do those side tanks carry each? 2.0 How can I identify these tanks when I call Air Command for parts? 3.)These were aircommand tanks? If not, Who can I call for parts?
Thanks for your time.
