No Brent. I actually messed that tail up trying paint it. Got a little carried away with a sander. I am NOT a fiberglass guy. This tail was custom made for me by a dude at the airport.

You guys really know how to rub it in, don't you? Got to go flying today, but had to wear my winter gear. Even though it was a balmy 40 something degrees, it was one of our raw spring(?) days, and needed all of my gear to stay warm. Luckily, not 20 minutes after I left the hangar, it started raining.

It was almost 60 here Saturday, but I drove to St. Louis, a 3 plus hour drive, for our club's meeting. It seems like every time a meeting is scheduled over the winter months, it turns out to be a balmy day here.

Oh well, spring can't be more than 90 days away here in Illinois.

Matt, it would be great if you could post some closeups of your nosewheel assembly. I am particularly interested in the steering mech & the caster angle of the wheel.

Thanks in advance.
