Big rotors

I've already asked this on the rotorcraft.com forum - without any response: are there under the sun any sources for 32' rotors other than SportCopter?
And - theoretical question: what are the main objectives against simply building the longer hub bar to get the bigger dia rotor?

You might want to check on SkyWheels:

They may be able to make a 32' set.

The longer hub bar is a common way to increase the rotor diameter.

Keep in mind that the heavier the gyro and longer the rotor the wider the chord should be - 8.5" is better than 8" and wider would be even better.
