Matt, what an amazing video. Thanks! This was a real treat. The backward flying and near-hover portions had me doing a double-take. Is this you serving as PIC?

You made my day! Thanks.

Cool video, Matt.

What engine and prop combo are you running?

Glad you all enjoyed the video. That is me and the Super Fly yesterday. I am using a 64 inch two blade Powerfin, 2.58 B-box and 582.
The sound seems to be pretty good. I have bought an intake silencer to knock some of the carb "howl" off. Can't wait to not hear it!

I thought it might be a 2-bladed prop from the thrummming sound it made.
Sounds cool.

It seems to climb well. Have you done a static-thrust on it yet?

Haven't done a static thrust test.
Tim, this gyro started out as an AirCommand. Since then it has become Super Fly...Seeing how there aren't any original parts left.

Thanks for sharing the video- the Super Fly looks like it is a great flyer. Your flying field looks like a neat place to fly from. Is that a marina in the background?

Alan

Hey Alan,
That is indeed a marina. The tenants just loooove when the fixed wingers buzz the boat docks on final for 36. I however do NOT do that! :)

Thankyou sooo much for the vidi,it is incredable!
Your machine looks more like a home sick eagle, rather than a fly,man that looks good. :)
Also having been raised in south Texas, the sceanery made me home sick.
Thanx again and have a great year Sonnyj
