crackhead spearchucker stole hotel furniture, got pulled over,
shot the deputy 8 times in the face, and chest.
The deputy, a 30 veteran, female, died on the spot.
All this after a 10 mile chase along a busy 2 lane road.
After the shooting, the animal fled, finally crashing 1/2 mile
from my house. He and the white female turd with him had
lengthy rap sheets. He had multiple warrants on him.
Unfortunately, they were apprehended without injury.
Time for swift justice. I'm tired of this sh!t.

As long as we have Johnnie Cochrans and Jose Baezs these dirtbags do walk unfortunately. We need a fundamental change in our legal system too. But then again..... we need to have a system that carries out the full sentence and they should base it on Sheriff Arpaio's system! What a shame...... it is sickening.....

OK guys I know I shouldn't bring this since there is a lot of guns lovers in this forum and I'm really on the opposite spectrum. But from my point of vue, if guns are not so natural in a culture, and if there is some restrictive laws about possessing them, may be those kind of horror stories wouldn't be so common...

WRONG!!! That was the mentality of Hitler when he stripped guns from law obeying citizens and forced them into fascism! You can NOT take the God given right of defending oneself and his or her family from anyone!!! I emphasize CAN NOT!!!! If you do bad things happen. Bad guys by definition don't care about your stupid restrictions and never will. The police response time is never as fast as one's trigger finger. Argue with that! 73 was not enough should have been 7300 bullets ripping that bastard into shreds. Ask the Europeans how they like not having guns and not being able to defend themselves. I know. I grew up there! They don't! Your precious system doesn't work...only bad guys have guns over there! And it is not gun lover but freedom lover!!!

Maybe the story would be different, but the plot might be the same.
Quebec has very tough gun laws and has for some time. As a result, only about 1/3 of murders there are gun-related. That means that the other 2/3 are managed by other methods. The statistical prevalence of murder per total population in any society doesn't change a great deal if you look at long-term trends. There are, of course, swings one way or the other in any population in the short term. Those who like to shout about progress typically bracket their data within periods that support their opinions.

Needless to say I have made quite a few enemies in the last 27 years. Put many away from a long time, child molesters, burglars, ect. Been threatened many many times. You know what I tell the turds when they say they are coming to my house to pay me a visit? I say, "Please do, me, the wife and my children have something for you!" I always tell my victims to go to a local gun shop, talk to the owner and purchase a weapon for protection. Learn how to handle that weapon. It's better to be judged by six than carried by twelve.

Maher, this only works if you remove/punish the criminal.
Our system repeatedly lets them back out after a year or 2.
Many have multiple charges pending and past convictions when they finally get caught with the big one. How many times have they done a serious crime and not been caught? MANY TIMES!
Did you hear about the old man in California who called the police because an unsavory individual was snooping around his front gate. They decided it was low priority and did not respond. He was stabbed to death in his own home by a 20 something drug user. (No guns allowed where he lived).
What were his chances? Bet a gun would have given him a chance!
Bring back swift and harsh punishment for violent criminals.
Death penalty removes the trash from our society. If you never empty the trash it starts to stink up everything and overflow. JMHO!

We obviously have plenty of 2nd Amendment fans on this forum.
But that's not the only one in the Bill of Rights. Fully half of them (the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th) deal with how we handle those accused of crimes. The Founding Fathers must have thought those things were pretty important to prevent tyranny or they wouldn't have put in so much about it.
Innocent until proven guilty, through due process of law, is one of our fundamental American ideals. And if you don't believe in those rights, just what rights are we protecting with all the guns?
I'm finding parts of this thread very troubling. A good dose of racism at the start, tolerated without comment by most, and an attitude that bad people should be executed on the spot in a hail of bullets, all seems pretty un-American to me.
Crime is horrible, but ignoring the American way to deal with it is a poor way to repay those who fought for the whole bill of rights.

I do not believe our founding fathers had what we call a justice system in mind. I believe they meant for us to have due process and I stand behind that. But not drawn out process and at the end of that, just a slap on the wrist. We need to take a lesson from the Russian prisons, those inmates are treated like they should be.... inmates! Life means life. Death means death.
Yes I do believe if someone is proven guilty of a murder with DNA. Give him two phone calls and ten minutes to make things right, and a bullet to the head. That would be more human rights than he gave his victim. If he is proven guilty by physical evidence(fingerprints etc.) and multiple witnesses same ten minute treatment. If it were circumstantial evidence-30 years with no parole. Just make punishment simple by the book with all crimes and swift.

Gabor, "spear chucker" is in the same category as "ni--er" in referring to dark-skinned people. Maybe worse.
I live in Vermont, the whitest state in the Union. We have murderous scumbags like everyone else. They're usually white males.
In all the serial killer cases I can think of, except Malvo (the trunk sniper) and one woman whose name escapes me, the perps were white males. Ditto all the race-related lynchings over the decades.
Prisoners get popped from jail early because the jails are overcrowded. Jails are REALLY expensive to run and taxpayers don't want to pay for them (or have to look at them in THEIR neighborhoods).

Doug thank you I was not familiar and it's my ignorance. I am on the same page as you when it comes to white trash or any other color for that matter. A garbage is a garbage no matter what gender, race, orientation etc etc he or she may be. What I am objecting here is the use of "RACISM". And this is the definition of it: Racism is the belief that inherent different traits in human racial groups justify discrimination. There is not one and I emphasize "NOT ONE" comment that fits that definition. I jump at it since I got to know Al Sharpten, Jesse Jackson and all the race whore$! This is Bigotry. Definition: A bigot is a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices, especially one exhibiting intolerance, and animosity toward those of differing beliefs, refers to persons hostile to those of differing sex, race, ethnicity, religious belief or spirituality, political alignment, nationality, language, sexual orientation, and age. I'd expect a lot more from an educated Lawyer like JR than pulling the race card. That is my objection and all I was referring to. Doug I do appreciate the help though! I really do as I am always eager to learn. :)
I would like to add one last thing to the legal argument about amendments and all. "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness" is a well-known phrase in the United States Declaration of Independence. These three aspects are listed among the "unalienable rights" or sovereign rights of man. Just for the scholars who want to debate something that is not up for negotiation!

Guess I'll throw down here( this is slang of the south) as to racism that is real and for those who havent had to deal with it, it goes like this. My grndmother said never to speak of who I am and if asked say mexican because that race was considered better than mine and the proof of it is the Indian is still in a Pen. No other Race of Native Americans have ever been treated as the Indian's.
Right"s, the only rights we have is like a distant misty cloud, you see it, you know it's real and yet it never get to you because of a wind blown by those that beat a drum of their right, not yours.
Now some may say follow the LAW as written but when was the last time the LAW followed those people who wanted to be covered under the Law.
Where is the channel "White enertainment", "White History Month" "White Collage's" ect...I can go on and on for many things for many races that by the LAW have now made me a" Bigot."

Given that you wrote the first post, and that the second word you typed was "spearchucker", it certainly looks to me as if you first decided that the race of the criminal was somehow pertinent to this case.
So, tell us how it matters? Is the suspect's history of being black important? How?
You also decided that a racial slur was the best way to bring up the race of the accused. And you made sure we knew about that in your opening line before you even mentioned the illegal deed.
Race card? I didn't offer race as any sort of excuse or cause for sympathy for the accused (and I hope justice is done through our judicial system). I merely pointed out that a word was being used that I and millions of other people find patently offensive. I didn't use the term.

I have problems with the idea that certain words here are objectionable such as the "N" word or other similar adjectives. I personally find it extremely offensive that another man, without even a " Dog in the fight" finds it incumbent upon himself to inform everyone else what is acceptable language. At the same time this same fellow is likely to cut loose with the foulest language known to man. That is acceptable, but "N---- rigged" without any direct implication brands someone a biggot. I'm not one to run around slapping folks in the face and I also believe that God created all men equal. But I'm not about to allow some self righteous biggot to take away my freedom of speech. And I'll use that term if I damn well please, Or not if I don't please. MY choice, not the PC police. ( I'm not talking about anyone here, as I don't even know you outside of the forum)
Second point I sure wish we had more folks like Gabor here. I can't express how much I appreciate you, and those of your mindset comming here and replenishing the nearly forgotten love of liberty.

A number of years ago the City of Dallas had an officer killed by a "perp". Pursuit ensued with about five law enforcement agencies, including FBI. The suspect wrecked out on an overhead freeway, came out of the car with a rifle. They shot the supect very dead. The medical examiner said the deceased had over 100 entry wounds, including four in the soles of his feet. Justice served.
