Nice 503 rotax engine For Sale

My friend Sammy is selling a nice 503 rotax engine, with everything include. Muffles,carb,transmition "B". This engine has only 60 hrs.. He is asking for the engine $2,700 or better offer. Please contact me at: josetimbal@yahoo.com
Why he is selling it? because he is getting a 582 rotax. This picture says alot of how the engine is take care. I am posting it here first if I don't get a buyer I will posted on ebay.

That is a older Single ignition with breaker points, 503. It looks to be in great shape, but it is a old engine Jose. Good used 503 with DUAL CDI Ignition normally sells for less than this motor. The newer Dual CDI engine is more dependable.

Maybe the fact that it is on a island where I would expect shipping costs more to get stuff like engines and so on, it might have a higher resale value there....

Ron , What you yhink will be a good price?. Ron about the tape I don't mine to pay 2 times already$3.50 (3.50 X 2=$7.00) just becouse your dog bit your postal man and they don't want to diliver to you. or because you din't want to pick it up on the postal office. Just give me a CORRECT ADRESS , or a differnt adress that you are alright with the carrier. Please with no dog around!

Price for engine???? as much as you can get of course! :) It is worth IMHO only a little less than what your asking. your price is not out of the ballpark so to speak. Go onto www.barnstormers.com or www.ultralighthomepage.com and look in the classifieds to see what other people are asking for their 503 Rotax engines.

I am not a buyer for this motor but if it were mine and I really wanted to sell it and it only had 60 hrs (???), I think a firm $1500 would be about right. This is just my op, but what do I know.
