I'm sorry to report that the winter storm in the Northwest US has left driving conditions very hazardous along the Columbia River, and today's PRA Chapter 73 meeting at the Scappoose Airport has been cancelled.
The meeting will not be rescheduled, but NAFI Master Instructor Dave Wiley's free gyroplane ground school will now be conducted two hours prior to the monthly meetings February 14th, March 13th, and April 10th.
