FYI, My former J2 N4364G is for sale by the new owner located in Kansas City.
I flew the J2 up to KC and delivered it last Friday. The new owner loved rotorcraft flight sooo... much that he has decided to buy a new R44 Raven II Helicopter and get the whole family in on the action and transport customers from KC to his ranch.
He was a very high time fixed wing pilot, but had never flown a rotorcraft. After 2 days of lessons, he got hooked. The good news is that he has the J2 for sale, stating that the R44 will do everything he wants. For those of you who may be serious buyers, please let me know and I'll get you in touch with him. He's ask me to assist due to the fact that he has owned the J2 less than a week and doesn't have all the J2 knowledge that is needed to talk turkey with a prospective buyer.
He bought the J2 for $37,000. and I believe he would sell it for something near that. Since he is not yet Rotorcraft/Gyro rated, I will do the demo flights for him as well. FYI, the J2 now has 239 TTSN engine and airframe. Last annual 9/3/04.
