I'm thankful for this forum. It just dawned on me while I was sitting here. I dont post much anymore. I just check in to see if anything is new. I havent had much to offer as far as valuable information, But I really like having such valuable info on tap! Glad you all are here!
FWIW, The people involved in this forum seem tighter and get along much better than the other forums that I belong to. It feels more like home around here. Just sayin'
My 2 cents.

Dale
We are south of you in Dickson, Tn.
Three of us and two flying birds on the field now.
Do you fly, do you have a bird, or build?
Chime in

Hi there David!
I have a Gyrobee and a Grumman Yankee. I built the bee about 7.5 yrs ago, and fly it every once in a while

David, is that a true Yankee? I learned to fly in the AA-1A and later bought a AA-1B.

Definitely one of the early AA-1A's. I leaned to fly in and passed the Private checkride in N9457L and received my commercial in a AA-1B N9959L.
