Xenon Executive testing

Today, after my training I had the opportunity to witness
the test of new rotor on the Xenon Executive.

It is balanced in slightly different way and should further
improve performance.

Actually I forgot to mention one very important improvement
on the Executive (especially important on a 30degC sunny day.)

You can taxi with the door open!
