The final report has been published on the ELA 07 accident in Borsk on Nov 1st 2010.

The pilot in possession of the US ASC IPCP certificate wa sthe owner of the gyro.

In short, he was too slow on approach, trid to ad revs but
the engine didn't respond quick enough, he could n flare
touched down hard nose wheel first, stopped almost immediately
but overturned as the rotor slowed down due to damage to the gear.

Pilot remained uninjured, gyro heavily damaged.

Very good report (in Polish) with good explanation of the H-V curve
and flying "behind the power curve".

From the report Chris,
„Ultralight / Microlight Aviation Pilot License and IPCP –
International Pilot Certificate of Proficiency„ wydany przez ASC – Aero Sports Connection w USA
Sorry Chris if I am mistaken, my Polish is not my strong side...I speak better 7 other languages.

Hi

The ELA 07 in question has an ASC registration - "A10 ELA" - this is not a Polish civil registration.

I know of two Xenons operating in Europe with ASC registrations too.
