Hi Folks,

As I have mentioned elsewhere in Norm’s conference I am going to license my Honeybee, and register it experimental rather than keep it ultralight. In the process I am replacing various items. Someone building an ultralight Honeybee or Gyrobee might be interested in some or most of the following:

·   Rotax 447 engine, complete with 2.58:1 “B” reduction box and muffler – Ralph Taggart told me it has 20 hours on it since rebuild. $1400 OBO

·   PowerFin 2 blade 61.5” diameter “A” blade prop – Light, and in extremely good condition. $200 OBO

·   Rotax 503 DCDI oil pump – Brand New, includes tubing and drive for recoil start. $200 OBO

·   Honeybee tail – See photo $250 OBO

·   Honeybee Control Stick and Control Mechanism – Does not include control Rods going up to rotor head. Mechanism works fine, but part of it was flat filed by the previous owner so that it cleared the seat brackets. I can post a clear photo if you are interested. $75 OBO

·   Seat mounting angle brackets – Six pieces. Also fit Gyrobee. Painted black. $25

·   Honeybee throttle – Heavy duty. Will give you that 747 captain feeling ;) $20

·   Honeybee 447 engine mounting plate – Just the flat plate that the engine bolts to. Painted black. $10

I know I had tentatively listed the engine several months ago for $1000, but frankly the feedback I got from a couple folks was that I priced it too low. (And it is Or Best Offer)

Purchaser pays shipping.

Let me know if you have any questions or want more photos.

Best Regards,

Gene
