Can anyone help with directions to resources on designing and building a gyro from scratch?Engine sizing , blade balancing...basically everything !! Thanks for the help...Rob and son's

rob, wow, sounds like another venture..
I am (was) just in the same situation, times ago..
i would recommend you to read a lot, here, ask, draw.
and listen to the "white haired" people, valuable.
