The preliminary accident report I read reported the one person on board was killed.

The talk at the airport (Sport Flyers) in Brookshire Tx is that it may have lost a tail rotor blade and struck the main rotor. Supposedly one tail rotor was found ~ 1000 feet from the crash site.
