Rob, This is what is posted on Norm's forum:

Hi All,**I have already had to answer several emails on what the dates for BD Days 2004 will be, so I want to keep Everyone posted.**The Dates will be April 7 thru 11, 2004 with Tuesday the 6th being Early Bird Day.**This year we are dedicating BD Days to Charlie Presnell/AirBoss.**Hope everyone can make it.

It was under discussion about the location for a while but I think it's still going to take place in Wauchula again but don't hold me to it.
