Happy to learn why I should.

I do, and my engine purrs. My 503 runs better with the Iridium plugs than it did with the standard NGK plugs.

I was told to try them by a rotax mechanic, I had problems with fouling. In all honesty, I had my carbs rebuilt at the same time and that in itself may have corrected the problem. I do believe the Iridium plug fires stronger and is less apt to foul, but I only have 5 hours on the plugs to base my gut reaction. Like I said my engine runs stronger and smoother for whatever reason and it's very obvious.
I admit the gentleman who tuned my carbs was pretty sharp.

The LEAF catalog says "for inverted engines".
Are they the best plugs ? The price might suggest this.

in a new 0-360 lycoming 550 hrs ago. these are champions not ngk for the lyc. there is not a bit of wear yet. they should last the 2,ooo hr tbo. less maintenance, same cost by using the same plug for 2,000 hrs.
