where do I buy cables?

I need to buy some cables and a cable splitter for my engine. (throttle cables)
the cables on the carb are too short.
Where can I buy the parts to get it together?

Ben , that is the problem, the snowmobile cables are about 2 1/2 feet too short, and the cable splitter is a sealed plastic unit.
