...gosh, I feel like I got an A in school at 40.
Attached is a photo my wife took of me holding the raw lengths of 1 X 1 for an entire fuel tank support, including diagonals I cut tonight. I couldn't get over how light it was collectively. The photo shows the raw, un-burred lengths, but as of now they are smooth as silk! Talk about some hard and precise work.
I'm also learning many angular tricks for flat-filing of minute chamfers. There's a certain "sound" to it. I try to learn quick.
