How to adjust the pich angle of the blade?

Hi I just got my new 23' Rotor hawks and they are incredible!. They really gain alote of RPM and a good powerfull inertia. They are really hard to stop. They feel like the Mccutchen blade but on metal. We try them on a Mccutchen hub and they are the same airfoil. But, I really want to use does hight rpm to produce more lift. How do I do set the pitch setting on a blade?
