May be of interest to some; both the blades and the manufacturing of them.

I only have about 30 hours on a gyro with a DUC prop. I believe it to be quieter than most other props along with a little more thrust.

Xenon's use the DUC prop which I believe adds to their good performance.

Does anyone know the cost of a 3 blade, 68" with hub off the top of their head? I could not find the $$ on the website. Also, Chuck, did your prop come with its own protractor? What do you use to set its pitch and what area of the blade is it measured from?

Mark, Yes it comes with a protractor. I was doing the flying for the Xenon Dealer so it was not my ship. Raphael (Xenon company) did the set up on the prop.

Hi are these props suitable for an RAF 2000?
If so has anyone tried one?
Something that would make a bit less noise would be great, and if it had more power too....Great.

Thanks

Ronnie

Waow. Buyer Beware. Before buying a Duc prop, one should check that:http://www.love4aviation.com/Equipment/Propellers/Service+Bulletins.html

I heard Xenon is not using them any more. Is this the reason?
