Looks a little like a Xenon clone. Except a taller mast.

Looks like they have a 180HP engine. That must really haul butt.

Interesting to find what the empty weight is.

They sounded a little skeptical that it would not clear the trees at the end of the runway.
Also I don’t see where they show an engine view to see what engine it is.
Nice Gyro

It says 180hp somewhere in the description of the video on youtube.

It sure looks like a Xenon clone with too little ground clearance. On take-off as well as landing the tail hit the ground. You don't need much pitch up to get the tail hit the ground.

It sounds like a Subaru when he cranks the engine to start it.

My thoughts exactly! I've had the tail on my Xenon touch the ground one time on takeoff. It would be hard to keep the tail on this machine from hitting on takeoffs and landings.

It is a Lycoming clone engine, 360 cubic inch 4 cylinder direct drive

No, it is a copy of a Lycoming 180, basically it is a entire engine made up of aftermarket parts for Lycomings.... And I believe they are no longer selling them. http://superiorairparts.com/PDF/FlliersDocuments/VantageEngine/Vantage_FAQ.pdf
