I know, it's not a gyro but it's the only flying I get to do right now. This is my friend Bill's Flightstar. I'm on the left in the cockpit photo. The 3rd photo is Mexico Beach, FL.

Flightstar is one of the Best, if not THE best, flying ultralight made. Looks like you guys are pretty warmly dressed for Florida!

The photos were taken in either March or April. I was wearing a lightweight Air Force nomex flight jacket. It's not too heavy, just right.

Which one is you, the guy on the left or right?

I'm on the Left, wearing the sunglasses. Bill, the plane's owner, is on the right. I was wrong about the flight jacket I'm wearing in the photo. Bill is wearing my lightweight flight jacket. The one I'm wearing is a heavier weight one. Since that photo I've picked up a surplus helecopter flight helmet to wear when we fly. I had to purchase an adapter cable that adapts the comm plug to civilian intercom plugs and the adapter also changes the impedence to make the helmets electronics compatable with the civilian avionics intercom. It works real well and gives a little extra protection for the noggin. :D
