The last quarterly meeting for 2009 of Chapter 56 will be Saturday, December 5 at the hangar at Rome, Georgia (RMG). People will be arriving at 8:00 AM Eastern, with lunch and the meeting to follow sometime around noon. Weather permitting, there will be gyros in the air!
************** Christmas Party with the EAA ******************
Chapter 56 members have been invited to join the Fort Payne, Alabama and Rome, Georgia EAA chapters for their annual Christmas party and dinner at Flying M Air Ranch at Cedar Bluff, Alabama (AL32). Expect a reasonable donation for dinner and please bring a wrapped gift. My understanding is the unopened gifts are auctioned unseen with proceeds to a children's charity group. The dinner begins Friday evening, December 11 at 5:30PM Central time.
