Popup bubble

When on the "New Posts" page I keep getting the popup bubble with a summary of the post under my mouse. This is really annoying. How do I turn it off?

Just move your cursor to the left of the title. :yo:

I've suffered in silence. Why didn't I think of moving the cursor to the left? I....I don't know. Thanks Pete!
