This coming Saturday, September 5 will be the quarterly meeting of Chapter 56 (Peach State, Georgia PRA chapter). We will meet at RMG (Rome Georgia), at Hangar 29 in the morning (probably starting around 8:00 Eastern) to fly, tell tales and such until around lunchtime, were we will adjourn temporarily to one of the area restaurants (to be named later) for lunch and to have the "official" part of the meeting. Afterward, expect more flying and the like, as weather permits.
Note that weather may influence flying, but the tale telling and "official" part of the meeting will proceed with or without the cooperation of the elements. There will be some gyros based at RMG to see, even if the weather happens to be inclement. If you are in the neighborhood, please plan to attend. You really never know whom or what might show up at our meetings!
It is not a requirement to be a PRA member or PRA Chapter 56 member to attend. There have been actual cases of people being allowed to leave unharmed who were not interested in joining. :D
