Air Dam for helmet

Just wondering if anyone has tried one of those Air Dams that attach to an open face shield? Do they help cut down the background noise for radio comm? Can you buy one here in the states?

Paul, give this guy a shot. I bought one from him last fall & used it all winter long. Worked great. He was honest and kind, no BS.
