I am changing my engine to the suzuki 530, the fuel system uses 2 pulse pumps like a rotax. How should this be plumbed? I have a fuel bulb, no primer. does anyone have a diagram for a rotax system? and what about a bypass for the fuel bulb etc. thanks.
Or would it be easier to use a small battery and an electric pump?

Scott, did you mean two pulse pumps, or one dual pulse pump?

Well Chuck, I have 2 single outlet pumps, one for each carb. I thought if I could hook up a battery, I could run the electric fuel pump also. I,ve heard stories about the squeeze bulbs failing etc.

I'm running one dual pulse pump and one electric Facet. I have mine hooked up like this sketch, and they work great. I eliminated the squeeze bulb, and now fill the float bowls with the electric pump and prime with a squirt primer. I just use one filter just under the tank, then the splitter.

Do you have chokes? If so, then you won't need the primer.

Yes I have chokes, actually they are "enrichers" :D

Thanks for the pics, both of you. Are you liking the electric pump Chuck?
I had the electric and pulse pump on the arrow, but I only had one carb.

Scott, I feel much more confident with a back-up pump. Yes, I am glad I did it. Scott, are your "enrichers" butterflies?

No, the enricher is a separate circuit, with a plunger. Mikuni VM38 carbs.

I am going to drywall my shop this weekend, so I won't get too much done on the gyro, but it seems to be coming along well.
