There is custom part design and order system on the intrenet you might want to use. www.eMachineShop.com

You design a part (download software free), then it gives you a cost based on the quantity, then you can order it to be made. Machine shops in the US then make the part(s) and send them to you.

The design software (2D with 3D viewing) has audio classes to teach you how to draw the design, which takes an hour or two to learn. Remember to use the "pause" button often to figure what to do, then the "play" button to continue.

You select the material, such as 6061-T6 aluminum, the machine, such as a mill or lathe, size of material, etc. It's a neat program!

I trid to make the part but it finds lines or cutouts that I can't see and will not continue.
