Becoming a PRA member.

I guess some of you saw my thread on the cross America flight from Boston to San Diego which I have planned for mid May this year. There has been so much positive energy, enthusiasm and support from this group that the very least I can do is become a member of the PRA.

Since one of my goals with this adventure is to further gyro flight and promote the sport, I believe that this is right up PRA's alley.

So, can someone tell me where to send my money?

Remember, I'm from Austria and would need a postal address as well as full bank coordinates (SWIFT code and account number or IBAN).

The online signup is down. Robert the treasurer is currently going through the paperwork to set us up with a new bank and online system and paypal.

For now you can email Jennifer at prahq@medt.com.

I think that is the correct email. If you don't get a response email me and I will get you the info.

I don't know whats wrong, she returns my emails pretty quickly, if you send me your email address I'll get ahold of her and get her to contact you.

The first attempt was soon after Feb. 2 (I cleared out the Sent Items folder, so can't say for sure). The second attempt was on Feb. 24.

I used these addresses the second time: prahq@medt.com; prahq@pra.org

Just last week, I renewed my membership by phone but kept hearing a strange sound in the background. Once I gave her my membership number she immediately knew all about me. This is amazing since I found out at the end of the conversation that she was in her car when I called, she pulled off to the side of the road to do business with me AND the strange sound I heard was a flock of sheep that were at the fence line next to her car. Now that is dedication!

Just got off the phone with Jennifer who made me promise to stop by Mentone on my flight across the US. Of course, that was an easy promise since Mentone has been a fixed point on my route from the very start.
