Want to know what the max rpm would be for a 60" 40 pitch 2.25" thick wood prop.
max rpm.
optimum rpm.
thrust produced at whole range of speed.
power required at all diff speeds.
exc....
Any of this data available anywhere?

Suggestion: go to Culver Props or Vortex web site and they have a prop program. you can plug in various prop lengths with various degrees and rpm. It will give you the tip speed and some suggestions.

i can not find vortex site.
culver helped a little
this along with their calculator
"# Ideal Tip Speed varies depending on the H.P. per square ft of the prop disc.
# The efficiency of a propeller is reduced as the tip speed approaches the speed of sound. Beyond 80% of the speed of sound, further increases in RPM has little affect on thrust. Thus, it is important to keep tip speeds below 75%-80% of Mach."

Why do you want to use a fixed pitch prop?
You will be able to dial in a warp, ivo or powerfin, or even a GSC if you like the look of wood.
Ground adjustable will give you the ability to adjust the prop for your machine, altitude etc. Just FYI
Usually the MFG suggests somewhere around 3000rpm max.

3 more old cars i am looking to buy. :D
Only have about 20 right now.
Have to set priorities, lol.
Plus i have been drooling over a few turbines.... they are small and would fit on the gyro perfect! :P only cost $200 an hour to fuel.
