For support we do offer today, a better stock of parts, a better understanding of potential problems, and faster after-sales service.
I would like to remind to all, that being a manufacturer is very far to be simple and easy everyday. Human nature is by essence, when using a tool, a toy, and when having a problem, or even creating it, to always believe in someone-else fault...
And last year we have dealed a lot with such behaviors (attitudes)...
So for us to distinguish between a reality problem and miss-uses / abuses is really hard.
I would like to believe in a more gentlemen attitude from all sides, us included, as we try everyday.
We are in sport aviation, we do not have the same financial power as per the Grand Aviation, resulting sometimes in delays, to source a problem, solve it, tests...
The USA market is null at the moment due to the stupid FAA attitude for LSA gyros. We therefore have concentrated our efforts in Europe and Africa were we have developed well.
Our representative Mike Bantum is well qualified to help and service the USA customers, he knows well our factory, and we have great relations. Their are no problem to get parts to the USA through him.

Message to Resasi, Tom is NOT our distributor, and not the right person for USA Xenon service.
Tom is a respected supporter and fine owner of a Xenon.
Mister Resasi, you are also invited to the factory to judge by your eyes before buying any Xenon.
Thanks for your understanding.

Thank you Raphael. I may well be accepting that invitation, however have to try to sort out the complexities of the Kenya Aviation regulatory process.

It is in a state of flux with many disagreements and problems just now particularly for ultralights and gyros as they have little experience in this field.

Will try to test the system with a small single later this year to begin with before anything more expensive.
