There are some "big boys" flying gyro's, you may have to go with a larger rotor, or a larger engine depending on what you are looking for.
Also the largest prop you can fit, will help with power.

Tommy: I hauled my 270 pound son along with my 220 pound butt in a SparrowHawk and it performed well, even on a hot day with full fuel.

I am 6' and weighed 255. and my elevation is 3200'. after I put the numbers to it I found I would not get out of ground efect with 22' blades with 24' blades i would fly but I had no power to spare with my 503. so I went on a diet and have lost 20 lbs so far. I want to loose ten more. It really inproved the numbers.

A single place gyro with a subaru engine (with a redrive) is what you need. I don't think a Bensen would be the gyro to get. You need something like Jake's gyro:

Tommyboy,
Tim is right, if you go with a Bensen, Brock, or Bee you will have to upgrade so much to get it to where it would be useful for you that you could have just bought one that already has what you need. The one he is showing you would work and also shows you the approximate price range you will be looking at. Take your time and look around, it's too big of an investment just to find out that you spent your money on something that you can't use without spending a lot more money.

Bob Simmons is 6 foot and 300 lbs., and his 582 Aircommand with a 60" prop and 25 foot rotors flew him just fine.
