For those of us who started on gyroplanes back in the 60's,when you could purchase a kit,complete with engine(a MAC) for about $1000.00 and even those who hadn't been born yet,there's an excellent video in YOUTUBE titled Do-it yourself helicopter featuring Dr. Igor Bensen on a TV program,(I'VE GOT A SECRET) promoting his invention.
