Holley 1940

I need a holley 1940 Carburator. Has some one know or have this carb for sale?

I have a new 2 barrel Carter or Holley I bought to install on my Sub engine that I've since sold. It's still in the box and has never had gas in it. I'll find out this weekend which it is. I do remember it's the one the Sub list strongly recommended. I'ts rated for 350 cfm is I remember right.

Please verify if it says Holley #1940. becouse there was a #1920 that is the old carb.!
